Click "Apply Now" on the unit listing to start your application. Here's what you'll need:

• Photo ID — valid government-issued ID (driver's license, passport, etc.)
• Proof of income — recent pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements, or an offer letter
• $50 application fee per applicant

Everyone 18 and older who will be living in the unit must submit their own application.

We review applications promptly. Our screening includes credit, background, and rental history checks. Key requirements:

• Gross income of at least 3x the monthly rent
• No evictions on record in the past 10 years
• Security deposit based on credit score (1–2 months)

Applying for a commercial or industrial lease? The process is different from residential:

• Business tax returns (2 years), P&L, and bank statements
• Personal Financial Statement if providing a Personal Guarantee
• Articles of organization / Certificate of good standing
• No application fee

Each legal entity on the lease submits a separate application. DBAs under the same holding company can be listed as one.
