1. Business

Tell us about the legal entity that would sign the lease. If multiple businesses will share the space, each entity on the lease must submit a separate application — or a parent/holding company that owns them can sign the lease as a single applicant.

2. Use of Premises

What would you actually do in the building?

This is the most important question for zoning and fit. Please be specific about what you'll actually do in the building.

If yes, we'll follow up for details (SDS sheets, storage quantities, EPA/state IDs if applicable). Not an automatic disqualifier.

3. Lease Terms

Your preferred deal structure.

3 years minimum. Longer terms may qualify for tenant improvement allowances.

Rough range is fine — we'll verify with tax returns and bank statements later.

Every commercial tenant provides one or the other. If you'd rather not personally guarantee the lease, a bank-issued Standby Letter of Credit for ~6 months of rent is the standard alternative.

4. Documents

Upload the documents we need to verify your business. All files are stored encrypted; only our admin team can access them, and they auto-expire after 12 months if you don't become a tenant.

Privacy: Please redact any SSN, full bank account numbers, and dependents' personal info before uploading. We only need to see revenue, cash flow, balances, and business verification. If your business tax return includes K-1 schedules, redact individual partners' SSNs on those.

CPA-prepared preferred; internal statements OK.

Redact full account numbers. Last 4 digits visible is fine.

5. Acknowledgment & Signature

By submitting, you confirm that all information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submission does not guarantee lease approval. There is no application fee.
