This policy explains how Polpo Group Real Estate Management ("Polpo Group," "we," "us") collects and uses information when you visit polpogrouprealestate.com, call or text us, or apply for one of our rental homes.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, phone number and email address.
- What you tell us in calls, texts, emails and our website chat, such as the homes you're interested in and your move-in timing.
- Rental application details, which are collected through our property management system (AppFolio) and its screening providers under their own privacy terms.
- Basic website data, such as pages visited and device type.
Calls and text messages
Calls and texts to our leasing line may be answered by an AI assistant on our behalf. Calls may be recorded and transcribed, and we keep recordings, transcripts and summaries so our team can follow up and improve our service. The assistant will tell you it is an AI assistant if you ask.
How we use information
- To answer your questions, send you showing links, and follow up on messages you leave.
- To process rental applications and manage leases.
- To keep records required by law and to operate and improve our services.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us run our business (for example, our property management software, phone and texting providers, and AI service providers), and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging privacy
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
